9:15        Driver’s Meeting / Review details for cruise

9:30        Wheels up!  Let’s Cruise.

                Group A – Sponsor Cruise around town

                      and then finish at Water Works Park

                Group B – Cruise to Water Works Park

10 -11    Groups arrive a Water Works Park

11:30     Lunch – Raising Cane’s

1pm       Prizes and Raffle

2pm       Car Show Ends

 

Sponsor Cruise Information & Rules

-$10 entry and receive Event Decal & (1) Entry into prize raffle

 

Cruise participants will cruise to 3 locations, take picture of their vehicle, and post to Cars and Coffee FaceBook page.  Participants can visit the sponsors in any order they want, we encourage to cruise as in groups when possible. After visiting 3 locations, head to Water Works Park.  Upon arrival look for orange cones / check point.  At check point we’ll time stamp your raffle ticket for our “timed” prize.  Park and head to Cars and Coffee tent to turn in ticket and complete cruise.

 

-Unique and creative pictures / posts will be given extra entries in raffle. (Family friendly pictures!)

-Costumes or themes extra entries at discretion of staff
